1. The directory service

ListYourApp.online provides a searchable directory of SaaS products, web apps, mobile apps, websites and online tools. We may organize submitted information, moderate entries, publish approved pages and link visitors to independent third-party websites. We can add, change, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for operations, security or improvement.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you submit on behalf of a company, team or product owner, you confirm that you have authority to provide the information and grant the permissions described here. The public service is not designed as an account platform for children.

3. Accurate submissions

You agree to provide information that is accurate, relevant and not misleading. A submission should identify a legitimate, accessible product and use categories that reflect its real function. You must not impersonate a product owner, conceal malware, manipulate links, misrepresent pricing or make claims you know are false. Contact information must be valid enough for moderation or ownership follow-up.

4. Rights to submitted content

You retain any ownership you have in names, descriptions, logos, screenshots and other submitted materials. You grant ListYourApp.online a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, resize, format, reproduce and publicly display that content for operating, promoting and improving the directory. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this permission and that the content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

5. Review, editing and publication

Every submission is subject to moderation. We may correct formatting, select appropriate categories, reject incomplete or unsuitable entries, ask for clarification, or remove a listing later. A submission does not guarantee approval, a review deadline, permanent publication, search indexing or any particular position. Duplicate domains may be blocked while another record is pending or approved.

6. Free listings

Regular listing submission is currently free. A free listing may include a public product page, directory and category visibility, and an outbound website link. We may change layouts, fields, ordering and homepage rotation as the service develops. Free inclusion does not create an obligation to deliver traffic, leads, sales, downloads, backlinks or search rankings.

7. Featured placement

Featured placement is an optional, temporary priority treatment for an approved listing. Current price, token, network, wallet and duration details are displayed in the relevant request flow. You are responsible for confirming every payment detail before sending funds. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible. A payment or proof submission does not activate placement automatically; verification and approval remain manual.

We may reject a transaction that cannot be verified, is sent using the wrong asset or network, does not match the requested amount, appears fraudulent, or relates to a listing that no longer meets directory standards. A Featured badge indicates paid priority placement, not an editorial endorsement or guarantee of results. The listing normally returns to regular ordering after the approved period.

8. Refund and error questions

Because blockchain transfers can be irreversible and fees may be charged by networks or exchanges, carefully verify the displayed instructions. Contact us promptly about a suspected payment error and provide the relevant public transaction identifier. Any remedy depends on the verifiable circumstances, technical feasibility, applicable requirements and whether funds were actually received. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not submit illegal, deceptive, harmful, hateful, infringing or sexually exploitative material.
• Do not distribute malware, phishing pages, credential theft, fraudulent investments or abusive tracking.
• Do not probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits or infrastructure.
• Do not overload, scrape or automate requests in a way that disrupts the service or ignores reasonable technical controls.
• Do not manipulate directory signals, create misleading duplicates or falsely imply endorsement.
• Do not collect contact details from the service for unsolicited bulk communication.

10. Third-party websites

Listings link to websites and services that are not controlled by ListYourApp.online. We are not a party to purchases or agreements between a visitor and a listed provider. Product features, pricing, availability, security, privacy and support are the provider's responsibility. Review their current terms and policies before creating an account, paying or sharing data.

11. Intellectual property and reports

The ListYourApp.online name, original site design, editorial material and software are protected by applicable rights. You may link to public pages and use the directory normally, but may not copy the service wholesale, remove ownership notices or present our content as your own. To report suspected infringement, use the Contact page and identify the protected work, relevant listing and basis of the request.

12. Availability and security

We work to keep the directory useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, software defects, attacks, provider outages or circumstances outside our control may affect access. You are responsible for using appropriate device, browser and security practices and for independently evaluating downloaded or linked software.

13. Disclaimers and limitation

The directory is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every listing is complete, current, secure, lawful or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListYourApp.online will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from reliance on directory information or interactions with a third-party product.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your breach of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights or unlawful use of the service. This provision does not apply where responsibility cannot legally be transferred.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access, reject submissions, remove content or block abusive activity when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate risk or comply with law. Provisions concerning submitted-content permissions, responsibility, disclaimers and dispute-related matters may continue where their nature requires it.

16. Changes and contact
